As Senior Director, BSS Engineering & Product, you will lead the global BSS function across engineering ownership, product direction, platform strategy, and delivery for billing, rating, provisioning, ordering, revenue management, customer lifecycle management, and related integrations. Your key responsibilities: BSS Engineering Leadership Lead the global BSS engineering organization, owning architecture, delivery, quality, resilience, technical standards, and platform performance across core BSS systems Define engineering practices across solution design, integration, release management, test automation, observability, and technical debt management Ensure BSS platforms support scale, availability, security, compliance, and the needs of a multi-product, multi-region commercial model. BSS Product Ownership & Roadmap Own the BSS product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing capabilities against commercial, customer, operational, regulatory, and finance needs Translate business requirements into a clear product backlog across billing, rating, mediation, ordering, CPQ, revenue management, customer lifecycle management, and related integrat --- Source: jobicy - Vonage
