You'll be responsible for managing a large, segmented user base, running daily broadcast campaigns, and continuously improving conversion through data-driven testing — all within Customer.io.This is a high-ownership role for someone who has done this exact job before in the online casino/gaming industry and can hit the ground running from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end email marketing strategy and executionManage promo plan with the emails and offers being sent out on a daily/weekly basisSecure 0 days of downtime with the email broadcastingGrow email database almost from the ground zero toward 10M+ contacts, and manage it at that scale — including acquisition, deliverability, list hygiene, and complianceBuild and maintain deep audience segmentation (10–15+ segments) based on lifecycle stage, deposit status (FTD/no FTD), VIP tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Diamond, etc.), and b --- Source: jobicy - Ruby Labs
