You'll be joining a small and early-stage engineering team where each engineer has significant ownership and your contributions will directly shape the product and the company's technical direction. As a senior member of our engineering team, you'll focus on the development and supporting infrastructure of vested.co – our core equity management and stock-option-funding platform. What You'll Do Build impactful features: Design and implement user-facing features that help people understand and manage their equity compensation. Own end-to-end delivery: Take projects from concept to production, including system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Shape our technical direction: Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering best practices as we scale. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Grow the team: Share your expertise with other engineers and help build a culture of continuous learning. Help us grow and shape our inclusive, friendly, egoless engineering culture.
