If you live in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, you will need to work in-office at least one day per week. The CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager is accountable for assessing incidents and determining a solution approach, understanding requests for changes and determining the best approach, and applying a solution approach to assure a business problem has been resolved. In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvements. You will also coordinate the respective team. As a CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager, you will Logically conduct assessments, replicate errors, or test situations if possible Execute small to highest complex configuration changes (many systems, many logics, many interactions, and dependencies) Perform benefit & risk analysis on small to highest scenario (many interacting key variables) Demonstrate excellent customer service and develop customer-centric communication Conduct trainings and presentations to external customers Participate in shift planning for the virtual team in line with senior management's general direction About you Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry is required Advanced experience in travel technology is r --- Source: jobicy - BCD Travel
