We are currently seeking a private / investment funds lawyer to join our team and provide longer‑term support to our Fortune 500 clients in the asset management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment funds, with experience advising on the formation and structuring of investment funds. Responsibilities Advise on the structuring, formation, and ongoing maintenance of private investment funds and related vehicles. Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation and key investor, service provider, and financing agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders. Support the launch of new products and strategies, providing risk‑focused guidance on applicable regulations and internal policies. Provide support on legal matters relating to public funds, as required. Requirements Circa 6–10 years’ PQE with a strong background in investment management, funds, or broader financial services work, ideally gained at a leading law firm or financial institution; experience providing legal support on private funds is essential. Proven track record of leading complex matters independently and engaging confidently with business stakeholders while exercising sound, commercial judgment.
