What You’ll Do: Assist in the development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program, designed to identify, assess, manage, and monitor Compliance Risk effectively. Assist with the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) EWRA process on at least an annual basis. Lead risk assessments of additional Financial Crime segments as required, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, and Market Abuse. Liaise with the Business Unit Compliance team to participate in the risk assessment of new, changing, or existing products, i.e., Product Risk Assessments. Work with various stakeholders, such as Product, Local Entity Compliance, and Central Compliance teams, to document and maintain control inventories in adherence to regulatory requirements and external and internal policy frameworks.
