About the Role We are looking for a RWA (Real-World Assets) Growth Specialist to grow the Tokenized Stocks business line. Tokenized Stocks is currently expanding its range of tokenised and traditional securities products — this role will be a key partner across all of these initiatives. This person will also work closely with the Tokenized Stocks Product Manager to shape product requirements from an operations perspective and ensure the team is ready to run new Tokenized Stocks or RWA product lines at launch. What You’ll Do RWA Growth Define roadmap, priorities, and delivery cadence to grow tokenised stock AUM, trading volume, on-chain utility. Continuously track market dynamics across RWA, crypto trading platforms, and broader fintech products to feed insights into product and business decisions.
