Location: Remote, Germany | Reports to: CEO | Team: Growth, Marketing Operations, Analytics About the Role tec4u is looking for a Head of Growth & MarTech to build, operate, and technically execute the technology infrastructure behind data-driven growth — CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered campaigns. The HoG identifies and technically pre-qualifies potential customers through automated, technology-driven systems and ensures their structured handover to Sales. Operating model: The HoG is accountable for the performance, quality, and reliability of the systems and campaigns they operate — including the technical execution of AI-powered campaigns and the quality of leads handed over to Sales.
