Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Associate Director, People Operations for APAC region. Reporting to the Vice President, People Operations, this person is responsible for leading People Operations delivery across an assigned region, ensuring consistent, compliant and employee-focused HR operations. The role provides leadership for regional People Operations team members and acts as the primary point of accountability for operational HR delivery, employee relations execution, employment compliance, employee lifecycle activities and service excellence within the region. Working as part of the Global People Operations function, this role partners closely with HR Business Partners,Centres of Excellence, People Services and business leaders to deliver practical and scalable People solutions while ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
