Job Overview: Dandy’s approach to providing the operating system for dentists involves a number of critical components - efficient human operations, medical devices, and cutting-edge software. Dandy is hiring an experienced and skilled Senior Counsel, Commercial to drive not only the company’s legal function (including, primarily commercial contracts, sales, go-to-market as well as support corporate, employment, dispute resolution, international market access, etc) but also to drive meaningful P&L value for the business by providing commercial guidance to Dandy’s business units and leadership team from the perspective of legal risks and opportunities. Key Outcomes/What You’ll Do: Be a key member of the legal team, providing appropriate risk management across Dandy’s business while encouraging rapid growth Draft and negotiate Dandy’s commercial agreements with customers and partners, with an eye toward efficiency and mutually beneficial commer --- Source: jobicy - Dandy
