About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Manager, Production Planning to lead the planning team responsible for our non-sterile compounded production. This position manages and develops the site's production planners and owns the forward-looking production plan. The plan converts demand forecasts and inventory policy into a rolling view of the next several weeks through the next year or more, tests that plan against labor, equipment, and material capacity, and identifies where the business cannot meet it.
