About the Role Dandy is hiring an experienced HR professional to join our rapidly growing, venture-backed company. You will be the go-to HR partner for GTM employees and managers, working closely with HRBPs, leadership, and other internal functions to ensure every employee has a seamless experience with People systems, processes, and policies. This role primarily supports North America and APAC. You must have flexibility to support APAC business hours on an as-needed basis, typically between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM PT. What You'll Do Provide timely, accurate, and professional HR support to employees and managers, resolving issues independently and escalating only when a matter falls outside established policy. Develop deep expertise in Dandy policies and practices so teammates and managers can rely on you for high-quality guidance on employee relations matters.
