Provide radiation shielding surveys to estimate lead thickness Conduct evaluations of lead content in personnel protective equipment (lead aprons) for medical staff Provide radiation safety consulting services. Including performing quarterly audits and attending radiation safety committee meetings. Travel independently between client sites to provide on-site support and address any radiation-related questions or concerns from customers. Assist with regulatory compliance, and coordination with radiation safety teams and radiology directors. Qualify for MQSA physics testing within a year of hire Operating within a team of other physicists to address the medical health physics needs of several healthcare sites.
