Our platforms serve as the backbone for mission-critical operations at world-class organizations like Bloomberg, Intuit, Lufthansa, and Citibank. We are fundamentally re-architecting how we build software by moving into Agentic AI-driven engineering. We need an expert in autonomy. We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on AI Engineer who lives and breathes Agentic AI and automation. Your core mission is to build systems where AI doesn't just answer questions, but actually acts—planning tasks, using external tools, writing code, and automating complex engineering workflows. You will focus heavily on optimizing our internal software development lifecycle (SDLC) and embedding autonomous agents into the Actian Data Intelligence Platform to automate testing, coding, and incident response. If you are obsessed with making AI do actual, autonomous work, this is your role. Core Responsibilities: Autonomous Agent Architecture: Design and build multi-agent AI systems capable of self-planning, reflection, and executing complex, multi-step workflows without human intervention. AI-Driven Coding Automation: Build and integrate advanced AI coding agents into our internal SDLC to automate code generation, script refactoring, and automated code reviews.
