Job Overview This role requires the ability to balance technical portfolio planning with hands‑on project management in a commercial electronic product hardware R&D Environment. The Principle Project Manager Engineer will partner across business units and stakeholder groups to help develop, maintain, and communicate integrated advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps aligned with business objectives. The position calls for a proven project leader with direct experience in technology readiness levels and technology transfer, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners. To enhance the organization’s operational efficiency and effectiveness, the role will contribute to the development and deployment of new project management tools and best practices, facilitate advanced technology governance forums, and support administration of the quarterly technology awards program. Job Requirements Proven success leading complex technology, process, and research‑driven projects, including effective technology transfer into new product development.
