This is not your typical call center role—our Insurance Specialists are empowered problem-solvers who thrive on helping customers navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care.If you’re a seasoned insurance professional who enjoys making a difference, excels at multitasking, and can quickly adapt to new systems and tools, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:· Handle high volume inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in both English and Spanish.· Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy.· Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.· Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency.· Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.· Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.This is a full-time position.
