Position SummaryNatera's mission is to make personalized genetic testing part of the standard of care — enabling earlier, more targeted interventions that lead to longer, healthier lives. For people who have faced cancer, that promise depends on continuity of care: our Signatera™ test is optimized for longitudinal monitoring, and its value grows each time a patient is tested over the course of their journey. Ongoing, serial testing is what allows clinicians to catch a recurrence early, often before it would appear on standard imaging.Natera's Oncology business unit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the experiences that help patients and their care teams stay consistent with that monitoring over time. You'll own how patients and providers stay engaged across the care journey, helping shape the digital experiences that make ongoing testing simple and intuitive for the clinicians who order it, the patients who rely on it, and the tools that help our clinical and commercial teams support them. This is an individual-contributor PM role: you'll talk to users, dig into the data yourself, build prototypes, write proposals, define what success looks like, and drive initiatives from idea to launch.
