This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&A functions, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting for some of our hardest-to-fill roles. You'll partner directly with senior leaders to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and drive process improvements that help the recruiting team scale. What you'll do: Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer --- Source: weworkremotely - Coinbase
