Title: HR Generalist/RecruiterLocation: Remote (Washington State preferred)6 month contract to hirePay: $30-32/hrRequired Skills & ExperienceQualifications:- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a combined HR/Recruiting role.- Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.- Experience recruiting within legal, immigration, professional services, or consulting environments is preferred.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an HR Generalist & Recruiter to oversee all aspects of people operations and recruiting. This role is a 50/50 blend of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, supporting a remote workforce while helping attract, hire, and retain top talent across legal, immigration, and business operations functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who is equally comfortable managing payroll and benefits as they are sourcing and recruiting candidates.
