You'll provide short-term, solution-focused counselling via telephone and video sessions, helping clients navigate life's challenges and build resilience. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by delivering accessible, effective mental health support from the comfort of your own home.Location: Anywhere in UK || Remote || Permanent, Full-Time, 35 Hours a week Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive assessments and short-term counselling interventions using a brief solution-focused counselling modelIdentify client needs and refer to appropriate internal and external resources to ensure holistic supportMaintain detailed, accurate case notes and submit files in accordance with clinical policies and regulatory requirementsMeet clinical objectives and KPIs as defined by Clinical ManagementUndertake mandatory E-Learning modules and attend training ses --- Source: jobicy - TELUS
