Youâll be working on a combination of projects including large scale exteriors, context buildings, landscape, interior spaces, and furniture. The sources you work from will vary between CAD drawings, Revit exports, sketches, PDFs, or photo references. You'll need to interpret incomplete or inconsistent information confidently and know what to ask for.What You'll DoAnalyse the project brief and organise the information you have, flagging any issues or inconsistencies. Formulate a modelling plan with time estimations and the final output details. Read architectural plans accurately and export models where needed. Model architecture, interiors, furniture, and site context in 3ds Max from varied source material (DWG, Revit exports, sketches, PDFs, photos)Prepare scenes for handover to visualisation artists: clean topology, logical naming, correct real-world scale, organised layersBuild vegetation and repeating-element setups using Forest Pack and RailCloneEnsure compatibility with a Corona render workflow (proxies, material slots, scene hygiene)Manage your own workload against agreed deadl --- Source: remoteok - CGconnect
