Headquarters: Remote URL: https://www.toptal.com/ About the Role We're looking for a Junior Apparel Product Designer to support Designers and Senior Designers across multiple product categories, helping bring seasonal concepts to life from initial idea through final product. You'll get hands-on exposure to the full design process — sketches, fittings, materials, and presentations — while building the technical and creative foundation to grow into a stronger designer. If you're early in your career and want real involvement in how products actually get made, not just observing from the sidelines, this is built for that. What You'll Do Partner closely with Designers and Senior Designers across multiple product types, from initial idea through final product Create and maintain sketches, CADs, line sheets, and presentation materials that communicate design intent, construction, materials, and functionality Participate in fittings, design reviews, and cross-functional meetings — capturing feedback, tracking updates, and keeping product information organized Collaborate with Development, Technical Design, and Materials teams to support strong, thoughtful product execution Maintain and update seasonal narratives and product storytelling documentation Contribute research and inspiration to inform the design process Prepare files, mockups, prototypes, and assortment organization for milestone moments and presentations Build hands-on understanding of materials, trims --- Source: weworkremotely - Toptal
