Headquarters: URL: https://www.toptal.com/ About the Role We're looking for a SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Automation Specialist to design and implement intelligent workflows, information architecture, and AI-enabled automation across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem — with strong emphasis on Copilot and Microsoft Purview. You'll be the person who turns SharePoint from a static document repository into a well-governed, automated, AI-augmented workspace. If you can architect information governance and build Copilot-powered automation with equal confidence, this role is built for that. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and information architecture Implement Microsoft 365 automation using Power Automate, Power Platform, and related tools Configure and optimize Microsoft Copilot capabilities across SharePoint and the broader M365 environment Implement data governance, information protection, and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview Design and enforce data classification, retention, and sensitivity labeling policies Build automated workflows that reduce manual effort across business processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SharePoint, M365 automation, and Purview configurations Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions Maintain documentation for architecture, automation workflows, and governance policies Stay current on Micros --- Source: weworkremotely - Toptal
