VVIP Travel Agent, Media & Entertainment (Remote)Full time, London, United KingdomPlease note this will be an on call 24/7 position. As a VVIP Travel Agent, Media & Entertainment, you will Expertly use BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfil client requests accurately and efficiently. Manage travel requests via telephone, mobile phone, email, text messaging, WhatsApp, and other client-preferred communication channels, always delivering exceptional VIP service. Search, create, modify, and confirm complex domestic and international travel reservations. Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level, VVIP and Media & Entertainment travellers, providing proactive travel consultation and support. Demonstrate a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide compliant, solution-focused recommendations. Fulfil all travel requests in accordance with DOT, TSA, passport, visa, and immigration requirements. Apply expert knowledge of airline, hotel, rail, chauffeur and car rental supplier rules and fare regulations. Manage schedule changes, disruptions, ticket exchanges, reissues, refunds, and complex itinerary amendments. Proactively monitor and track traveller movements and flights, identifying delays, cancellations, schedule changes, and operational disruptions before they impact the traveller.
