We train and manage healthcare graduates to conduct remote, telephonic patient interactions using our purpose-built software. The result: patients receive timely support, healthcare organizations extend their capacity, and you gain real clinical experience.THE ROLEAs a GFH Patient Outreach Specialist, you'll conduct structured phone-based interactions with patients on behalf of our partner healthcare organizations. Using our software, you'll follow evidence-informed protocols to check in on patients, complete assessments, and escalate concerns when needed, all from a quiet space of your choosing. You'll work with patients experiencing different disease states, preventative care needs, medication use, post-discharge follow-up needs, etc. All interactions are telephonic; no video, no in-person contact required.
