Our core markets are Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Beyond our main brand, our portfolio includes additional projects in health/wellness and a second fragrance-focused brand (more on these once we're talking). We're 100% remote across time zones, with core collaboration happening in Central European Time (CET). Day-to-day, things are structured and predictable. Around major sales periods (Black Friday, big launches), it gets fast-paced and intense. About the Role You'll join our 2-person design team (making us 3), reporting directly to our Design Lead / Co-Founder and Marketing Lead. You'll work as an all-round creative across our brand portfolio, with focus on our main brand and support on others as needed. Type: Full-time freelance / independent contractor Hours: 45 hrs/week, Monday–Friday Location: 100% remote, based in Europe Start: ASAP or September, 2026 Reports to: Design Lead & Marketing Lead What You'll Work On Roughly in order of time spent: Ad creative & motion design for our paid social/ad accounts.
