We are currently hiring Legal Consultant / Negotiator - UMR (Derivatives) to join our ranks and provide long term engagement with our Global 500 client in Financial servies sector:Key responsibilities: Negotiate and review UMR (Uncleared Margin Rules)-related trading documents amongst other derivative documentations. Ensure agreed terms meet regulatory (UMR) requirements and internal risk/collateral policies, and properly capture margin, collateral and segregation terms. Requirements Experience negotiating derivatives / ISDA documentation, with experience in UMR-related margin and collateral terms. Good understanding of OTC derivatives, margin and collateral concepts, including UMR regulation.
