About the Role: We are looking for a senior-level Accounting & Operations Team Leader who can take ownership of daily workflows, work independently, review the work of others, and turn business data into clear actions and decisions. This is not a basic data-entry position. We are looking for someone who can operate at a top 10% performance level — someone who can analyze, review, identify problems, follow up, and help improve the way the team works. The right person should be comfortable managing both people and data in a fast-moving business environment.
