The Seobility all-in-one SEO suite empowers businesses and marketers around the world to boost their website visibility with professional SEO tools. Starting in 2013 with a commitment to usability and actionable advice to make professional-grade SEO accessible, Seobility today has over 700,000 users and earned international awards along the way! Role OverviewAs the Head of Engineering at Seobility, you lead the technical heart of a mature, high-traffic SEO SaaS product. We've just completed a large relaunch of the platform last year — and are digging into the real work now: evolving what an SEO tool does as AI rewrites how people search and what they expect from software. In a rapidly changing market shaped by AI-driven search, you lead our organizational and technical evolution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge the gap between engineering challenges and business impact. You guide the team through a transformation toward greater autonomy and lead them towards outcome-focussed execution and AI-native engineering.
