About the Role Think Academy is looking for an experienced Community Content & Growth Specialist to build our organic brand presence across Reddit, Quora, and other relevant online communities. The ideal candidate understands user intent and can create credible, genuinely helpful content that naturally integrates Think Academy’s expertise and resources without feeling overly promotional. What You Will Do Research relevant conversations, questions, and user needs on Reddit and Quora. Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide real value to users.
