Our actuaries play a critical role in driving financial performance, evaluating business strategies, and helping shape the future of Medicare Advantage. We're looking for a highly analytical and intellectually curious Actuarial Analyst to join Clover's actuarial rotational program. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to multiple actuarial disciplines while building a strong technical foundation in Medicare Advantage. As an Actuarial Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced actuaries and business leaders on projects spanning financial forecasting, reserving, medical economics, pricing, value-based care, revenue and risk adjustment analysis, and operational strategy. Through rotational assignments, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of the Medicare Advantage business while building the analytical, technical, and business skills needed for long-term success. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving challenging problems, working with large datasets, and using quantitative analysis to influence business decisions.
