The design challenges at Built are genuinely complex: the lenders, owners, developers, and contractors using our platform are navigating high-stakes financial workflows where clarity, accuracy, and trust are not nice-to-haves — they are requirements. Making those workflows feel simple and human without sacrificing depth is the central design problem. The Product Designer II is a practitioner ready to own meaningful pieces of that problem independently. This role is for a designer who has built a solid foundation and is ready to drive design decisions with greater autonomy.
