This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on estimating work, working with project teams and helping deliver accurate, competitive submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost plans, tenders and pricing submissionsSupport repeat work, ECI and hard dollar tender opportunitiesWork with project teams and stakeholders to gather information and prepare submissionsReview drawings, specifications and project requirementsIdentify risks, gaps and commercial opportunities during the estimating processPrepare subcontractor packages and bill of quantitiesLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricingMaintain up-to-date market rates and pricing informationContribute to the preparation of bids across multi-residential, retail and industrial projectsUse estimating software such as CostX to support accurate pricing and measurementAbout YouProven estim --- Source: remoteok - McNab
