Job Description â Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)PositionQuantity Surveyor / QS Engineer â Civil ConstructionProject: Commercial Hotel Construction ProjectLocation: Vijayawada / Amaravati, Andhra PradeshSite: Daspalla Project SiteExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-time, Site-basedJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction to join the project team for a commercial hotel construction project in Vijayawada/Amaravati.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, measurement, subcontractor billing, client billing, material reconciliation and cost control.Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, hotels, high-rise buildings or large-scale building projects will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs and estimates for civil and finishing works.Prepare detailed quantity calculations from architectural, structural and MEP drawings.Conduct regular site measurements and maintain accurate measurement records.Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.Review subcontractor RA bills, work orders, measurements and supporting documents.Prepare client bills / RA bills and ensure timely submission.Carry out rate analysis for various civil, structural and finishing items.Monitor project quantities against the BOQ and --- Source: remoteok - Edspired.Tech
