Senior Software Engineer - Verification Platform

Beneath a simple yet elegant user interface lies a complex system of functionalities. Our AI-powered product uses advanced image recognition, facial verification, face recognition, facial anti-spoofing (liveness detection), and behavior analysis to make identity decisions. We help our partners build onboarding processes that ensure good people get things done and bad folks get stopped. To take our platform to the next level, we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Verification Platform team. This team owns the workflow orchestration engine and the automated verification decisioning pipeline that powers Veriff's core product — and that other product teams across Identity, Fraud, and End User Platform build on top of. Your work will directly determine the reliability, scalability, and capabilities of the flows that thousands of people go through every day. You’ll help us protect honest people online by: Designing, building, and operating VP's backend services, including the orchestration engine and the automated decisioning pipeline, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability Delivering key orchestration features such as multi-method flow execution, branching and fallback logic, and webhook integrations Improving the resilience of production-critical systems — backpressure and idempotency handling, backwards-compatibility testing, SPOF elimination, and end-to-end monitoring Participating in on-call rotations, incident response, --- Source: jobicy - Veriff
