About the Role Dandy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Finance Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our core finance systems. The initial focus of this role will be on our NetSuite environment, with the scope expanding over time to encompass additional systems supporting the Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report processes. Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems, you will be a key leader in driving efficiency, automation, and scalability within our finance operations. You will be both hands-on with system configuration and process improvement, as well as effectively managing technical resources to deliver more complex technical solutions. This is a critical role for a functional and technically savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
