About the role We're looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to build and scale the financial foundation that will enable Infisical's next stage of growth. This is a role that blends strategic finance with operational decision-making, giving you visibility into every part of the business; from sales and hiring to fundraising and long-term planning. You'll own the finance function end-to-end, helping leadership make better decisions through accurate reporting, thoughtful forecasting, and operational rigor. As the first finance hire, you'll have the opportunity to design processes from the ground up while partnering closely with the founders to shape how the business scales.
