We're looking for a skilled UKG Pro Analyst to join our People Systems team — someone who knows the platform inside and out and genuinely enjoys helping people get the most out of it. You'll be the go-to resource for day-to-day system support, report building, and configuration, keeping our HR operations running smoothly and our internal customers well taken care of. What you'll do Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Ops team — fielding requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely, high-quality support Manage and triage incoming People Systems requests through Jira, ensuring tickets are prioritized, tracked, and resolved with clear communication back to stakeholders Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in UKG Pro to support HR, Finance, and business leaders Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules including core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling Document system processes, con --- Source: jobicy - Dandy
