In this role, you will work closely with the Operators and Foreman to interpret and follow project blueprints and specifications, ensuring proper grades are achieved throughout the project.At Wilco, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence in civil construction. We tackle a diverse range of projects, from environmental works to park construction, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve our goals!Your days will be filled with exciting challenges as you:Perform grades and layout measurements to ensure accurate project implementation using a level and tape methodMeasure and mark quantities of materialsProvide accurate cut and fill directionsMonitor and check grade elevations throughout the day to ensure project specifications are metMaintain a clean and organized worksite and assist with traffic control as neededChampion safety practices while fostering a positive team environmentMaintain accurate daily records and site notes as requiredWe put our people first and believe that each member of our team plays an essential role in our success.
