We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the team building code-native Webflow: a high-fidelity code representation that moves seamlessly between visual and code-based workflows, so developers can work directly in code and trust nothing gets lost coming back. This foundation also powers a new class of coding agents that understand and modify the same underlying system. This is a player-coach role: you'll grow an exceptional team while staying close to the technical work: shaping architecture, resolving hard design decisions, and contributing directly when it helps the team move faster. About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON). Full-time Permanent Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
