Overview As an Automation Engineer, you design, build, and maintain the scripts, workflows, and tools that let Rithum’s Business Technology team spend less time on manual, repetitive IT work and more time solving problems that matter. You also administer and support the end-user, identity, and collaboration platforms Rithum runs on, so the automation you build is grounded in hands-on ownership of those systems. You partner closely with the Service Desk, Infrastructure Engineering, and Information Security teams to identify where automation can reduce risk and free up capacity, and you are accountable for the reliability of the automation you build.
