About this role: Liftoff is seeking a full-time People Operations Generalist to join our People Operations team. This role provides complete people operations support across the employee lifecycle, including answering employee inquiries through our HR ticketing system, leave management, benefits support and administration, onboarding and off-boarding, immigration support, and partnership with our People Business Partner team. We strive to deliver a best-in-class employee experience to all of our employees globally. You will provide support primarily for the Americas region (the United States, Brazil, and Canada), while also assisting with people-related programs that impact our global population, including our bi-annual merit and promotion process and employee engagement surveys.
