About the Role As a Health Coach Manager, you’ll lead a team of Board Certified Health Coaches while helping define and scale the future of Future’s Health Coaching experience. This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and learning & development. You’ll be responsible for coaching a high-performing team, creating scalable training and quality programs, and partnering closely with Product, Clinical, and Operations to continuously improve the member experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has both managed Board Certified Health Coaches and has experience building learning programs, workshops, and coaching frameworks. What You’ll Do Lead & Develop Coaching Teams Lead, coach, and develop a team of Board Certified Health Coaches through regular 1:1s, QA reviews, and performance management. Uphold Coaching Standards & Quality Design and deliver onboarding, continuing education, workshops, and learning experiences that improve coaching quality.
