This role is responsible for: Leading Legion’s global legal, intellectual property, and corporate functions Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors Building and scaling a high-performing legal organization that supports Legion’s next phase of growth, globalization, and product innovation The GC will own the company’s overall legal strategy across commercial/SaaS, privacy and data protection, AI governance, labor and employment, corporate governance, IP, regulatory compliance, and risk management.(Legion) Key Responsibilities 1.
