This team plays a crucial role in conducting research, monitoring performance, and running experiments to develop exceptional products for both consumers and merchants while driving long-term growth for the business. As Affirm continues expanding into new international markets, this role will be instrumental in establishing the operational analytics framework for new launches, beginning with Australia and expanding into future international markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, an eagerness to learn, and the patience to tackle complex challenges. Our team takes an end-to-end business analytics perspective, partnering across the organization to develop recommendations and solutions that enable the business to successfully execute its growth and profitability strategies.
