Your Role in Our Mission We are looking for a passionate, energetic, people-oriented person to serve as a patient booking specialist (New Patient Appointment Conversion Specialist ($2,500–$3,000/mo Potential). Performance Bonuses for Booked Appointments Breakdown Monthly Conversion Bonus*: 50-54% = $100 55–59% = $200 60–64% = $400 65–69% = $700 70%+ = $1,000 PLUS $5 per booked appointment *Show rate must remain above 75% to qualify for bonuses. The mission of the Patient Booking Specialist is to convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments in the client’s calendar quickly, consistently, and at a high conversion rate, ensuring every lead is fully pursued and every client has the maximum opportunity to help more patients.
