This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for people who are confident speaking with customers, comfortable using online systems and able to work independently from home. You will provide voice-based customer support to Netflix customers, helping with account queries, service questions, technical issues and general support. You will use Netflix systems, knowledge resources and agreed support processes to provide clear, accurate and friendly resolutions. Key responsibilities include: Providing customer support in Japanese by voice Helping customers with account, service and technical queries Following Netflix support processes and quality standards Using online systems and knowledge tools to resolve customer issues Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience Completing required training, assessments and programme updates Working independently from home while staying connected with the wider support team What we are looking for: Fluent or near-native Japanese language ability Strong spoken communication skills Comfortable supporting customers by phone Confident using online systems and digital tools Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment Ability to work independently and follow defined --- Source: weworkremotely - Limitless Technology
