The role As an Insights Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customers receive maximum value from their insights programme. Acting as the main point of contact, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic guidance, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities to strengthen the partnership. You will collaborate with our Rapid Intelligence and Media Intelligence teams to ensure deliverables are accurate, insightful, and aligned with client expectations. By coordinating internal stakeholders and maintaining high editorial and service standards, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
