Appraisal requests are coming in fast, and the agency is ready to add a sharp, organised operator to keep every lead warm and every opportunity moving.Role Overview: Youâll sit at the centre of the agencyâs growth engine. Youâll own a database of 30,000+ contacts, keep it clean and organised, and run a consistent nurture program so past clients, buyers and potential sellers hear from us at the right time. Youâll be on the phones connecting with homeowners, qualifying appraisal leads and booking them in for the principal.
