We're looking for a Database & CRM Specialist to join our team and help keep the information behind our operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, learning new systems, solving problems, and digging into the details. You'll receive training on our processes and work closely with our Database & IT Director as you grow into the role. What You'll Be Doing Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases Identifying duplicate records, formatting issues, and data inconsistencies Preparing, reviewing, and validating information for CRM uploads Assisting with territory mapping, travel zones, and geographic data organization Helping analyze advisor rankings, territory information, and other operational data Generating CRM reports and maintaining accurate records Tracking projects, deadlines, and assigned tasks Maintaining accurate billing-related documentation Protecting confidential information and ensuring da --- Source: weworkremotely - Paragon Planners
